I build software that holds up in production — tested, debugged, and owned end to end.

At telecrm I work across the stack: triaging production incidents, hardening access-control systems, writing the regression tests that catch problems before release, and building internal tooling. I'm a B.Tech (AI) graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, an active open-source contributor, and I'm currently growing toward distributed systems, Linux internals, and storage infrastructure.

  • Authored 200+ automated regression tests (Puppeteer, Jest), catching regressions before release.
  • Redesigned the role-based access control (RBAC) system across 5 modules — dashboards, message templates, pre-saved filters, embedded apps, and confidential-field access.
  • Owned triage and prioritization of 50+ tickets across customer-support and engineering during on-call roster rotations.
  • Building a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration for the permission-template system — delivered 6 read/write tools.
  • Built 100+ analytics dashboards for 20+ clients from direct stakeholder requirements (Metabase, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL).
